Dear Vendor,
The Lakenheath OCSC
and ECSC are pleased to invite you to participate in the 2006 Holiday Bazaar to be held this year from September 29th
to October 1st. We are extending this invitation to over 200 vendors around Europe. We anticipate another successful year. Due
to continued force protection concerns, we will not be open to the general public. We
hope all vendors understand this situation and still look forward to participating.
It is through successful events like these and support from people like you that we have been able in years past to
contribute upwards of $70,000 to the charities and programs we support.
Space for this year’s
bazaar will be limited so please return your contract as soon as possible. Please
know that we will work to the best of our ability to accommodate everyone in the space as requested in the contract, but we
may have to adjust booth size or location to make things work best. We appreciate
your understanding and patience.
Please
complete all pages with all the pertinent details and sign the contracts and security forms.
Please write any special requests on a separate sheet of paper and return
with the contracts. Security forms must be completed by all vendors. Please return all contracts, forms and required fees no later than August 20th.
The contract has
changed from last year to include a table for requesting display space. Underneath the table is an additional comments section
and a section for those who request power to include the reason for their request. Please
fill out these sections as it will make it easier for us to honor your requests.
Traditionally, participating
vendors donate item(s) from their own merchandise for door prize drawings for our volunteers. We
are most grateful if you wish to do the same. Please let us know if you would
like to donate when your contract is returned.
